Engineer Rebar Bending Schedule - Jawa Tengah
- With the opening of a new project in Central Java for Solo Ngawi Toll Road D & C, an excellent opportunity for an Engineer Rebar Bending Schedule has arisen to join our new project and based on site.
- Reporting to the Sr. Engineer, you will responsible to produce rebar bending schedule for all structural concrete work using rebar schedule software (template); to monitor and report productivity of rebar shop; to monitor rebar fabrication as per schedule and priority; to monitor rebar stock and minimize rebar waste.
- To be successful in this role you will need to hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering or D3 with extensive experiences with minimum 3 years in experience in major construction work; experience in creating / preparing rebar bending schedule and site experience is desirable. You should have complete PPJK course, have an understanding of the following discipline such construction regulations; industrial codes and standards; workplace health & safety regulations; quality assurance; construction techniques and processes; strong knowledge of rebar schedule software; computer literacy including advance skill in MS. Office & knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent; knowledge of other industry software such as AutoCAD and structural software is desirable; fluent in English both oral and written; good communication skill; able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing; strong leadership, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Engineer Planning - Jakarta
- An excellent opportunity for Engineer Planning has arisen to join our Toll Road Project team ever undertaken in the South East Asia Region. Residentially based in Jakarta and reporting to the Lead Planner Toll Road, you will create, monitor and maintain project plans/schedules using standard project management tools and project execution methodologies. To convert project execution plans and construction method statements into comprehensive detailed schedules. To support the project teams from start up to completion in all aspects of Project Planning including Earned value analysis, Progress tracking, critical path analysis and delay impact studies where/when required). To set up and support Earned Value based plan progress/performance measurement systems. To coordinate and liaise with Site Teams, sub-contractors, suppliers in the development of Construction Programs and Resource Scheduling. Should be able to relocate to various construction sites to monitoring work progress and mitigate programs when needed. Past road construction experience will be an advantage.
- To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor degree in Engineering or minimum of 3-7 years' experience in site based planning and scheduling positions on large construction jobs. Proficient in scheduling (utilizing software such as Primavera 6, Microsoft Project, etc.), construction methods, resources analysis and planning, and contract obligations. Strong coaching and mentoring skills in terms of developing others with an understanding of issues relevant to large scale civil projects within developing countries.

You should have skill at data gathering and analysis; effective report writing; excellent at MS Excel, familiar with Non Destructive Condition Monitoring techniques and data; understanding of heavy equipment. Other requirements are good in English both oral and written; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
