Consumer MCA Analyst

Description
The staff's main role is to set up a strong MCA framework together with the various Business Groups within the Consumer Banking. This would include a review of self-assessment process embedded within each Business to assess whether the self-assessments address all key risks within the Business. He/she will be responsible for, among others:
  • Assist the business groups in completing a comprehensive ARA and perform ongoing monitoring procedures defined in ARA.
  • Develop/agree to interaction/reliance protocols for locations/activities/processes that are part of more than one entity.
  • Overlook the testing of controls that will be performed either by the respective oversight teams or by the MCA team.
  • Develop business issues, determine root cause, define Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
  • Develop and record, and track resolution of issues and CAPs to close gaps.
  • Assess emerging and systemic risks impacting the entity.
  • Review MCA processes for major business issues reported by IA and Regulators but not known to management.
  • Assist in determining the MCA Entity Rating.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Audit/risk management experience is preferable
  • 4-7 years work experience, preferably some exposure of Banking industry

Segment Acquisition Manager

Description
  • To establish and maintain partnership with other departments or third parties to become the sales channel to acquire new customer to Citibank
  • To ensure the sales channel is well informed on the acquisition program by developing a continuous clear communication to branch and other sales channel
  • Collaborate with other departments on the marketing communication material
  • To ensure that all required materials to attract new to bank customer such as sales tools are in placed and process flow has been defined
  • Maintain and controlling the gift is in stock
  • Implement right affluent customer onboarding to increase new customer satisfaction
  • Be responsible for the whole customer on-boarding experience including early engagement activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • Literate in finance
  • Posses good analytical skill
  • Advance skill in excel and spreadsheet
  • Strong knowledge in Consumer Banking products
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in regulations and policies
  • Process-oriented
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skill
