    • SMK graduate majoring in:
    • Graphic Engineering (Preparation / Production)
    • Mechanical Engineering (Production / General / Industrial / Tools / Machinery)
    • Electricity Engineering (Industry / Use / Installation / Power)
    • Electronics Industrial Engineering / Industrial Automation
    • Mechatronics Engineering
    • Metal Casting Engineering
    • Computer and Network Engineering
    • Design / Painting
  • Group B
    • SMA, MA (IPA / IPS) graduate
    • SMK (Secretary / Office Administration / Accounting / Marketing / Computerized Accounting)
• Age:
  • Born in 1991 or there after
  • Applicants from SMK Graphic Design / Painting which have at least 1 year work experience in their field and prooved by Work Experience Letter, maximum born in 1990 or there after are considered
• Able-bodied with minimum height 160 cm for male and 155 cm for female
• The average score of transcripts / report cards of grade X to XII:
  • For Group A at least 6.5
  • For Group B at least 7.0
• Not married (at the time of application or when start working)
• Not tattooed, not pierced, and preferably do not smoke

• Photocopy of SMA / MA / SMK diploma (legalized)

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate, national ID Card, and Card Family

• Copy of Police Notes (SKCK)
• Photocopy of Work Experience
• Color photographs 4x6, 4 pieces (wear clothes / no t-shirt)
• Original copy of Single Certificate from the Village (the limit of a letter dated at least from December 1, 2013)
