Officer Development Program

Qualifications

• Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in any major except Midwifery Studies / Medical Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Art, and Religion
• Minimum GPA:
  • S1 PTN: 2.75, PTS: 3.00
  • S2 PTN: 3.25, PTS: 3.50
  • Of 4.00 scale
• Maximum age S1: 27 years old, S2: 27 years old
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate minimum Microsoft Office Program
• Not married and willing to not get married during the education process
• Willing to undergo the service bond (ikatan dinas)
• Willing to be placed in all major cities throughout Indonesia
• Look attractive and having a good personality
• Minimum height 155 cm for female and 165 cm for male, with proportional weight
• Doesnt have a family relationship with the employees of PT Bank DKI
• Not being in litigation or involved in legal proceedings (civil or criminal)
• The advantages to be gained after passed the selection process include:

• Participants who pass Documents Screening will be invited for Documents Verification & Performance Test on February 12, 2014
• During the Documents Verification & Performance Test the candidate can not be represented by anyone
• Only applicants with the best qualifications (shortlisted candidates ) to be included in the next selection process
• Committee decisions can not be contested
